February's market stats tell the story of our winter weather, snow and Trump, especially when compared with how the market came out so strong in January. The good news is that real estate listings were up across the board (providing buyers with more choice), sales were up across the board, and prices were up across the board (when compared over last year) and other than townhomes which dropped 1% over January, were up over last month too.
