The condo market led the way in November with sales volume and average sale price up over both November of 2023 and last month. The townhome and single family home categories were both up in sales volume over November 2023, but down over last month. And, when it comes to pricing, both townhomes and single family homes were down in price slightly over this time last year and last month. With the positive trend in interest rates, are seeing buyer confidence up as we head into the winter market.
